Joanna Stevens

HR

Joanna began as a governor in September 2017. She was co-opted onto the governing body because of her HR expertise.and because she is keen to support Newcroft and the valuable work it does. She has a personal vested interest in the school, but also a wider interest in using her HR knowledge and experience to benefit the school where possible. Above all, Joanna wants to help the school ensure that its pupils are safe, happy and confident and that they enjoy learning and achieve their full potential.

Joanna has lived in Shepshed since 2012 and is married with two young daughters; one is at Newcroft, and one is due to start preschool in 2019.

Joanna is a Chartered HR professional with over 10 years of HR experience. Joanna is a Co-Opted Governor and is a member of the Finance and Personnel Committee.
