A great form of exercise, and one we use throughout our 'dance' unit at Newcroft. Again, it is totally free, and the children thoroughly enjoy the routines to these songs; 'Waka Waka This Time For Africa' being an extremely popular choice.
Fun curriculum linked resources to get your children moving while they learn. Another free resource, with activities linked to both KS1 and KS2. If you find yourself with some spare time, you will also find loads of fun activities for your other favourite subjects here.
Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation designed especially for kids ages 3+, used in schools and homes all over the world. Cosmic Kids Yoga is free and encourages children to become stronger, calmer and wiser. A great way to end a busy day!
