At Newcroft, in partnership with our Trust, we acknowledge that working in a school setting is challenging, fast paced yet rewarding and fulfilling. 

Staff wellbeing is extremely important to us. For staff at all levels, we have a strong focus on workload management and mental health and wellbeing. 

We are proud to have a Senior Leader for Mental Health, who is Miss Alice Brailsford, our Head of School/ Deputy Head teacher. She has undertaken the DfE's Senior Mental Health Lead qualification.
