Success For All Phonics launches!
We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new Phonics Scheme for 2022-23! We have been working away on finding the right scheme for our school and pupils for a long time that fits with our 'love of reading' approach, and in May 2022, we formed a partnership with 'Success For All Phonics.' We chose the scheme as it was 'right for us' and our curriculum approaches at Newcroft. Our children already achieve highly in phonics, so we were looking for something extra special! Success for All Phonics is a complete systematic synthetic phonics (SSP) programme, from nursery upwards, that has been validated by the Department for Education.
The scheme has an array of superb classroom and home resources, including parental access to all books and games online, to help our families enjoy learning to read at home, mirroring what we do in school.
We can't wait to share it with you! Look out for packs coming home with your children, your online logins, and parent sessions (with childcare provided) in September.
